How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Will Talk To

Americanseasier Walk-In Tubs is a referral service, so your project is handled by an independent local provider. That provider is a separate business from Americanseasier Walk-In Tubs. When you send a request or Request a callback, we point you toward a provider in our network that serves your area. After that, you speak with the provider directly.

What a Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions so the provider can understand the job:

  • Which service interests you: a walk-in tub, walk-in shower or tub-to-shower conversion?
  • What is the home like, and where is the bathroom?
  • Who will use it, and are there mobility needs?
  • What is the current tub or shower made of?
  • When would you like to start?

Photos of the bathroom can help the provider give a more accurate quote.

Questions Worth Asking

Bring your own list. Good ones include:

  • What is included in the written quote, and what could change it?
  • How is the area sealed against moisture, and how will it hold up in humid weather?
  • What upkeep should I plan for after the work is done?
  • How are drains, vents and flooring handled?
  • What happens if something needs attention later?
  • Do you hold the licenses and insurance local rules require?

You Stay in Charge

Talking with a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes, ask for time and say no. Costs vary by job, so get every price in writing. If you plan to ask your insurer about a claim, check your policy first. Some providers can help document the project.

Ready to Talk?

A short conversation is a helpful way to learn what suits your bathroom and your budget. Jot down the answers you hear so you can compare them later.
