How to Raise a Complaint or Concern
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who reaches Americanseasier Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring Up
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Americanseasier Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The way a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Americanseasier Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@americanseasier.garden and tell us:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
